ESCO - Electronic Security Company respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of the personal information we hold about you in connection with our services and our WhatsApp Business messaging integration.
What data this covers
This applies to personal information we process about you, including your contact details, the content and metadata of messages you exchange with us on WhatsApp, and related transactional records held in our systems.
How to request deletion
To request deletion of your data, send an email to whatsapp@esco.pk with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include:
- Your full name.
- The phone number or email address you used to contact us.
- A brief description of the data you want deleted (or state “all my data”).
You may also send us a message on WhatsApp asking us to delete your data. We may ask you to verify your identity before we act on the request, to protect your account from unauthorized deletion.
What happens next
- We will acknowledge your request and verify your identity.
- We will delete or anonymise the personal data we hold about you within 30 days of verifying the request.
- We will confirm once the deletion is complete.
Information we may retain
We may retain limited information where we are legally required to do so — for example, for tax, accounting, or regulatory purposes — or where necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements. Any retained data will be kept only for as long as required and then deleted.
