These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services, communications, and messaging channels provided by ESCO - Electronic Security Company (“we”, “us”, “our”), including our WhatsApp Business messaging service operated through our ERP platform. By using these services or communicating with us through them, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

We provide business communications and operational services, including order processing, notifications, and customer support, and we use the WhatsApp Business Platform to exchange messages with customers who have opted to communicate with us.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms to use our services.

3. Messaging and consent

By messaging us or providing your phone number, you consent to receive messages from us related to your enquiries, orders, and services you have requested. You may opt out of non-essential messages at any time by replying STOP or by contacting us. Standard messaging rates from your carrier may apply.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Send unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading content.
• Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.

5. Intellectual property

6. Third-party services

Our messaging relies on the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. Your use of WhatsApp is also governed by Meta’s and WhatsApp’s own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party platforms.

7. Privacy

Our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ESCO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use our services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
