2 wires between the outdoor unit and the indoor unit: plug and play.

How many homes can it call?

One home: it has one call button. For two homes sharing a gate (ground and first floor, or two flats side by side), see the 2-button door stations in our door stations.

Can it open the door or gate?

Yes. It supports remote unlocking from the indoor unit; connect an electric lock.
