How do people get through?
By face on the built-in 6.95-inch touch screen (0.3 s, up to 2 m), by card or by QR code. The access controller is built in and stores 50,000 faces, 250,000 cards and 1,000,000 events.
Which pedestals do I need?
One L (left end) and one R (right end) for the first lane, then one M (middle) for every extra lane: 1 lane = L + R, 2 lanes = L + M + R, 3 lanes = L + M + M + R.
How wide can the lane be?
Hikvision makes this series for lanes from 550 to 1100 mm. Tell us your lane width and we confirm the set before you order.
How does it stop tailgating?
20 pairs of IR detectors check each passage and raise an alarm when someone follows without permission. If a person is let in but does not pass in time, the valid passing duration cancels the permission.
What if the wing touches someone?
The barrier has an audible and visual nipping alarm: when it detects an obstruction while opening or closing, it stops for a while. It also runs self-diagnostics and raises an alarm on faults.
What happens in a fire alarm?
When the fire alarm is triggered, the barrier opens automatically so people can leave.
How many people can pass per minute?
30 to 60 persons per minute, depending on how fast people authenticate and walk through.
Can it go outdoors?
