Know before you buy
Quick answers about the DS-2DE7A432IWG1-E, and how it compares.
How far can it see?
32x optical zoom (5.5 to 176 mm) brings distant scenes close without losing detail, unlike digital zoom. At night: illumination IR 200m.
How fast does it turn?
It pans at up to 240°/s and tilts at up to 200°/s (preset speed).
Does it follow a moving target?
Yes. With auto-tracking the camera pans, tilts and zooms to keep a moving target in view.
Which alerts does it give?
Line crossing, intrusion, region entrance and exit. Deep learning tells people from vehicles, so leaves, rain and animals raise fewer false alarms. It also captures faces (up to 5 at once).
How is it powered?
A Hi-PoE (802.3bt) switch port powers it over the network cable; a standard PoE or PoE+ port is not enough. Or use a 36 VDC power supply. See our PoE switches.
What else do I need?
A Hikvision NVR to record it, a switch port or power supply, a network cable and a mount (DS-1602ZJ wall mount in the box). Tell us the site and our engineers send a free BOQ.
