What does the HP5 include?
A 2MP outdoor unit with IR night vision up to 6 m, a 7-inch indoor touch screen and 2 RFID cards. Watch and talk to visitors on the screen or in the EZVIZ app, and play back recordings.
HP5 or HP7?
The HP7 has a sharper 3MP camera with a wider 162° view and alerts you when someone lingers at the door. The HP5 does the same job in 2MP for less.
Can I add a second indoor screen?
Yes. The EZVIZ SD7 smart screen works as an extra indoor station: answer the door and talk to visitors from another room, and watch your EZVIZ cameras on the same screen. It runs on a battery, so you can move it around the house.
What wiring does it need, and can it open my door or gate?
The outdoor and indoor units connect with just 2 wires, up to 50 m apart (100 m with 1.5 mm² cable), so an old doorbell or intercom cable can often be reused. The indoor screen needs a power point.
It can release an electric door lock and a gate from the screen, an RFID card or the EZVIZ app. The electric lock or gate motor is separate; ask us on WhatsApp what suits your door.

Flat or apartment door with a peephole: DP2C. House with a gate or main door you want to open from inside or from your phone: HP5, or HP7 for a wider view and people detection.
How does it record, and do I need a subscription?
Video is saved on a microSD card in the camera (not included). When the card is full, the oldest video is overwritten automatically. ESCO stocks genuine EZVIZ cards in 64 GB and 128 GB.
No subscription is needed: live view, playback, alerts and AI detection all work in the free EZVIZ app. EZVIZ CloudPlay is an optional paid plan that also keeps alert clips online, so they are safe even if the camera or card is stolen.
Who sells EZVIZ in Pakistan, and what warranty and support do I get?
Electronic Security Company (ESCO) is the authorized national distributor of EZVIZ in Pakistan, so every unit is genuine and comes with a 1-year warranty. Warranty is carry-in: bring the unit to an ESCO office or the dealer you bought from, and after inspection it is repaired or replaced.
