Why choose a DeepinView camera?

What is DarkFighter? Will I see colour at night?
DarkFighter cameras have a sensor made for very low light. Where an ordinary camera turns grainy, DarkFighter still gives a clear, low-noise picture, and with a little street or yard light it stays in colour longer. In full darkness it switches on its IR light and records in black and white, up to the range shown on this page. For colour all night, choose Smart Hybrid Light or ColorVu.
What does motorized zoom give me?
You set the view after installation from the phone app or the NVR: zoom in on a gate, or zoom out to cover the whole yard, with no ladder. The night range on this page is for this lens.
What is the Y version?
Y models have an anti-corrosion body rated NEMA 4X, for sea-side sites, factories and other harsh air. Everything else is the same as the standard model.
Can this camera recognise faces?
This camera captures faces itself: it saves a clear photo of each face with the time, so you can search faces instead of hours of video. To recognise faces (match them with your staff, VIP or blocked list), pair it with a Hikvision AI NVR (NXI-K or higher). For good results, people should face the camera at head height, with light on their faces.
What happens to my recordings if a hard disk fails or the NVR is stolen?
With a microSD card in the camera, the last days of video stay inside the camera, even if the hard disk fails or thieves take the NVR. If the network drops, the camera records to the card and the NVR copies the gap back later. On the NVR side, RAID models (86xx, 96xx) lose nothing when one disk fails; other NVRs lose only the video on the failed disk.
