Do I need an NVR if my cameras have microSD cards?
Not always. An NVR records all your cameras in one place on a hard disk, keeps far more days than a card, shows every camera on your TV (HDMI or VGA), and keeps the footage safe even if a camera is stolen.
Which cameras and hard disks does it take?
Up to 8 cameras, wireless (Wi-Fi range up to 100 m) or wired, up to 3K quality: EZVIZ cameras and ONVIF cameras. It takes one 3.5-inch hard disk of 1 to 8 TB, not included; we can supply one with it.
X5S 8W or X5S 4W?
Same recorder; the X5S 4W takes up to 4 cameras and costs less.
Who sells EZVIZ in Pakistan, and what warranty and support do I get?
Electronic Security Company (ESCO) is the authorized national distributor of EZVIZ in Pakistan, so every unit is genuine and comes with a 1-year warranty. Warranty is carry-in: bring the unit to an ESCO office or the dealer you bought from, and after inspection it is repaired or replaced.
