What comes in the HB8c/SP kit?
The HB8 Lite camera (4MP, pan & tilt, 5,200 mAh battery) and a 5 W solar panel with a 3 m Type-C cable. Put the panel where the sun is and the camera where you need it, with no power cable to run.
HB8c/SP or HB90 Dual kit?
The HB90 Dual kit has two 4MP lenses: one watches the wide area while the other follows people and vehicles. It also has a bigger battery (10,400 mAh), a stronger 8 W panel and colour night vision up to 35 m. The HB8c/SP is a single-lens pan & tilt camera at a lower price.
HB8c/SP or CB5 4K?
The CB5 4K records a fixed wide view in sharper 8MP with the panel built into the camera. The HB8c/SP turns and follows people and vehicles, and its separate panel can sit in the sun while the camera stays in shade.
Will the solar panel keep it charged in Pakistan?
In most of Pakistan, yes. A few hours of direct sun a day keeps up with normal use. Point the panel south, angle it towards the sun and keep it out of shade from walls, trees and water tanks. Wipe off dust now and then, because a dusty panel charges much less.
In winter fog and smog, charging slows down and the battery carries the camera through. If it ever runs low, charge it with a Type-C cable.

Does a battery camera record all the time?
Normally a battery camera sleeps and records a short clip when its motion sensor is triggered, which saves battery. Cameras with Always-On Video (AOV) keep recording all day at a low frame rate and switch to full speed when something happens, so there are no gaps in the timeline.
AOV uses more power, so pair it with a solar panel. The CB5 4K, HB8 Lite, HB8c/SP and HB90 Dual kit have AOV; the CB8 records motion clips.
How does it record, and do I need a subscription?
Video is saved on a microSD card in the camera (not included). When the card is full, the oldest video is overwritten automatically. ESCO stocks genuine EZVIZ cards in 64 GB and 128 GB.
No subscription is needed: live view, playback, alerts and AI detection all work in the free EZVIZ app. EZVIZ CloudPlay is an optional paid plan that also keeps alert clips online, so they are safe even if the camera or card is stolen.
Who sells EZVIZ in Pakistan, and what warranty and support do I get?
Electronic Security Company (ESCO) is the authorized national distributor of EZVIZ in Pakistan, so every unit is genuine and comes with a 1-year warranty. Warranty is carry-in: bring the unit to an ESCO office or the dealer you bought from, and after inspection it is repaired or replaced.
