Where does the PRA-EOL fit?
After the last speaker on each PRAESENSA speaker line. It talks to the amplifier channel driving that line, so a shorted or broken line is reported as a fault.

For EN 54 voice alarm systems with long lines or many speakers, the PRA-EOL gives the most reliable supervision.
How many do I need?
One per speaker line, and one per output when a channel uses A/B wiring. Sold in boxes of 8: for example, 20 lines need 3 boxes (24 devices).
Will people hear the pilot tone?
No. It runs at 25.5 kHz and a low level, far above human hearing, and doesn’t interrupt music or announcements.
Where is it mounted?
Inside the last speaker, using the supervision-board mount in most Bosch loudspeakers. Or snap off the bottom plate to make an IP30 box for a standard junction box.
How does a PRAESENSA system fit together?
The [PRA-SCL] or [PRA-SCS] system controller is the brain: it routes all audio, plays messages and supervises every device. [Amplifiers], [multifunction power supplies] with battery backup and [call stations] all connect over one IP network using OMNEO, with loop-through cabling for redundancy. Up to 250 devices and 500+ zones per system, certified to EN 54-16 and ISO 7240-16.
Who supplies Bosch PRAESENSA in Pakistan, and what warranty do I get?
Electronic Security Company (ESCO) is the only authorized distributor of Bosch, Dynacord and Electro-Voice in Pakistan, so every PRAESENSA product we supply is genuine and comes with a 3-year warranty. Warranty is carry-in: bring the unit to an ESCO office and after inspection it is repaired or replaced as needed.
