Where does the PVA-4CR12 fit?
The brain of a Bosch PAVIRO system: paging, background music, recorded messages and EN 54-16 voice evacuation for hospitals, airports, malls, hotels, schools and industrial sites.
How many zones and how much speaker power?
12 built-in zones and up to 2,000 W of speaker load, max 500 W per zone output. Connect two [PVA-2P500] amplifiers to its AMP IN ports, and spare amplifier inputs take over automatically if an amplifier fails.
How big can the system get?

Each router adds 24 zones. With the optional OM-1 module, up to four controllers can be linked for multi-building sites. The built-in 2,000 W drives about 266 speakers at 6 W.* *2,000 W x 0.8 / 6 W.
How many call stations can I connect?
Up to 16 [PVA-15CST] call stations: four bus ports with four stations each, on one RJ-45 cable that carries power, control and audio.
Can it connect to a fire alarm panel?
Yes. Supervised control inputs take the fire panel’s alarm signal and play the right evacuation message in the right zones automatically. Control outputs can release doors, open gates or switch lights.
Does it play recorded messages and scheduled announcements?
Yes. The built-in message manager holds evacuation, alarm and commercial messages, with 24 alarm tones and 6 chimes. The scheduler runs up to 500 timed events, such as school bells, prayer-time announcements, or background music on and off.
What power supply does it need?
It runs on 24 V DC (21–32 V), not mains. Use a 24 V DC supply with battery backup so the system keeps working during a power failure. Set up once with Bosch IRIS-Net software, after which no PC is needed.
How does a PAVIRO system fit together?
The [PVA-4CR12] is the brain: 4 audio channels, 12 zones, message manager and full supervision. It sends audio over one RJ-45 cable and controls [PVA-2P500] amplifiers (2 x 500 W) over the CAN bus. [PVA-4R24] routers add 24 zones each, up to 492 per controller. [PVA-15CST] call stations connect to its four call station ports, up to 16 in total. The whole system is certified to EN 54-16 for voice evacuation.
Who supplies Bosch PAVIRO in Pakistan, and what warranty do I get?
