Do I need the A3-R200 gateway?
Yes, for the EZVIZ sensors. The T1C, T2C and T4C pair with the gateway, which sends their alerts to your phone and sounds an 85 dB alarm. One gateway handles up to 64 devices.
How does it connect?
To your router by network cable or 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, set up with Bluetooth in the EZVIZ app. It runs on a 5 V 1 A Type-C adapter.
How do the EZVIZ alarm sensors work together?
The A3-R200 Home Gateway is the hub. It connects to your router by cable or Wi-Fi, and up to 64 sensors pair with it wirelessly (Zigbee). When a sensor is triggered, the gateway sounds an 85 dB alarm and the EZVIZ app alerts your phone.
A typical start: the gateway, a T2C door sensor on the main door, a T1C motion sensor in the hall and a T4C smoke detector near the kitchen. Add more sensors any time.
Who sells EZVIZ in Pakistan, and what warranty and support do I get?
Electronic Security Company (ESCO) is the authorized national distributor of EZVIZ in Pakistan, so every unit is genuine and comes with a 1-year warranty. Warranty is carry-in: bring the unit to an ESCO office or the dealer you bought from, and after inspection it is repaired or replaced.
