What does the T2C do?
It alerts your phone when a door or window opens or closes. Fix the sensor on the frame and the magnet on the door; they must sit close together when closed. It runs on two CR1632 batteries and warns when they are low.
Does it need the gateway?
Yes. It pairs with the A3-R200 Home Gateway over Zigbee 3.0.
How do the EZVIZ alarm sensors work together?
The A3-R200 Home Gateway is the hub. It connects to your router by cable or Wi-Fi, and up to 64 sensors pair with it wirelessly (Zigbee). When a sensor is triggered, the gateway sounds an 85 dB alarm and the EZVIZ app alerts your phone.
A typical start: the gateway, a T2C door sensor on the main door, a T1C motion sensor in the hall and a T4C smoke detector near the kitchen. Add more sensors any time.
Who sells EZVIZ in Pakistan, and what warranty and support do I get?
Electronic Security Company (ESCO) is the authorized national distributor of EZVIZ in Pakistan, so every unit is genuine and comes with a 1-year warranty. Warranty is carry-in: bring the unit to an ESCO office or the dealer you bought from, and after inspection it is repaired or replaced.
