Where does the PRA-CSE fit?
It clips onto a [PRA-CSLD] or PRA-CSLW call station and adds 12 buttons for zone selection, so operators can see and reach every zone at once.
How many extensions can I add with one Call station?

Up to four per call station, linked with one locked RJ12 cable each and addressed automatically from left to right.
Is it required for voice alarm use?
Yes. A [PRA-CSLD] call station meets EN 54-16 and ISO 7240-16 only when the fireman’s interface is configured and at least one PRA-CSE is connected.
What do the button lights show?
White ring: zone selected. Red: emergency call. Blue: business call. Green: music. Yellow: zone fault.
How do I label the buttons?
Lift off the front cover and slide in labels, with up to three lines per button and a header on top. Three button caps are included to protect critical buttons.
How does a PRAESENSA system fit together?
The [PRA-SCL] or [PRA-SCS] system controller is the brain: it routes all audio, plays messages and supervises every device. [Amplifiers], [multifunction power supplies] with battery backup and [call stations] all connect over one IP network using OMNEO, with loop-through cabling for redundancy. Up to 250 devices and 500+ zones per system, certified to EN 54-16 and ISO 7240-16.
Who supplies Bosch PRAESENSA in Pakistan, and what warranty do I get?
Electronic Security Company (ESCO) is the only authorized distributor of Bosch, Dynacord and Electro-Voice in Pakistan, so every PRAESENSA product we supply is genuine and comes with a 3-year warranty. Warranty is carry-in: bring the unit to an ESCO office and after inspection it is repaired or replaced as needed.
