How many ways can I unlock the DL05?
Seven: fingerprint, passcode, card, remote unlock in the EZVIZ app, a Bluetooth key shared from the app, temporary visitor codes and a mechanical key. It stores 50 fingerprints, 50 passcodes and 50 cards, enough for a big family or a small office.
Will it fit my door, and who fits it?
It comes with a 6068 lock body and fits doors 40 to 120 mm thick. It replaces your current lock, so a carpenter or locksmith should fit it. The IP65 front panel handles dust and rain; keep the inside panel sheltered.
What happens if the batteries run out?
8 AA batteries last up to a year in Bluetooth mode at about 10 openings a day; Wi-Fi mode uses more. The app warns you well before they run flat. If they do, use a power bank on the Type-C port, or the mechanical key.
DL05 or DL50FVS face lock?
The DL50FVS opens with your face and has a door viewer with a 4-inch screen and video calls, on a rechargeable battery. The DL05 gives you fingerprint and six other ways in for much less.

Electronic Security Company (ESCO) is the authorized national distributor of EZVIZ in Pakistan, so every unit is genuine and comes with a 1-year warranty. Warranty is carry-in: bring the unit to an ESCO office or the dealer you bought from, and after inspection it is repaired or replaced.
