How do I unlock the DL10?
Four ways: fingerprint, PIN code, RFID card or the mechanical key. It stores up to 100 fingerprints, 100 PINs and 100 cards, so the whole family, staff and guests can each have their own.
Does it need Wi-Fi or the EZVIZ app?
No. The DL10 is a standalone lock: you add fingerprints, PINs and cards on the lock itself, guided by English voice prompts. Nothing to connect, so it keeps working whatever happens to your internet.
Will it fit my door?
It suits iron and wooden doors 65 to 80 mm thick, or 40 to 110 mm with an extra kit, opening left or right. Lift the handle up to lock. It replaces your existing lock, so we recommend professional fitting.
What if the batteries run out?
It runs on 4 AA batteries (with room for 8) and a voice alert warns you when they are low. If they run flat, power it from a power bank through the Micro USB port to unlock once, or use the mechanical key.
How secure is it?
A C-class cylinder and high-security latch make it far harder to pick than an ordinary lock. A tamper alarm sounds if someone tries to force it, and the virtual PIN lets you hide your code among random digits.
DL10 or DL05?
Both open by fingerprint, PIN, card and key. The DL05 adds Bluetooth and unlocking from the EZVIZ app. Choose the DL10 for a simple standalone lock that needs no phone or internet.
DL10 or DL03?
The DL03 is a rim lock that fits on your existing door with no cutting, opened by passcode or the app. The DL10 replaces the lock and adds fingerprint, card and key unlocking.
