Does the H8c 4G need Wi-Fi or internet at the site?
No. Put a 4G nano SIM in the camera and it connects over mobile data, so it suits farms, building sites, warehouses and second homes with no Wi-Fi. It also has an Ethernet port if a network cable is available. It does need mains power (12 V); for a spot with no power, see the HB90 Dual kit or other solar cameras.
Which SIM works, and how much data does it use?
Use a 4G nano SIM with a data bundle, and check the signal where the camera will go before mounting it. Alerts and short clips use little data; long live viewing uses the most. Recording to the microSD card uses no data at all.
H8c 4G or H8c 2K?
Same 3MP pan & tilt camera, connected differently. The H8c 2K needs a network cable (PoE) and costs less. The H8c 4G needs only power and a SIM, and also detects vehicles.
Which H8c should I choose?
All H8c models turn 360°, see in colour at night (IR up to 30 m), talk both ways and warn intruders with a siren and strobe. They differ in megapixels and how they connect:

Good Wi-Fi at the spot: a Wi-Fi model. Weak Wi-Fi but a cable run: the H8c 2K on PoE. No internet at all: the H8c 4G.
What do 2K, 3K and 4K mean in megapixels?
Brands use 2K, 3K and 4K loosely, so compare cameras by megapixels:

More megapixels keep faces and number plates readable when you zoom into a recording. For a room 2MP to 3MP is enough; for a gate, driveway or shop front, 4MP and above is worth it.
How does it record, and do I need a subscription?
Video is saved on a microSD card in the camera (not included). When the card is full, the oldest video is overwritten automatically. ESCO stocks genuine EZVIZ cards in 64 GB and 128 GB.
No subscription is needed: live view, playback, alerts and AI detection all work in the free EZVIZ app. EZVIZ CloudPlay is an optional paid plan that also keeps alert clips online, so they are safe even if the camera or card is stolen.
Who sells EZVIZ in Pakistan, and what warranty and support do I get?
Electronic Security Company (ESCO) is the authorized national distributor of EZVIZ in Pakistan, so every unit is genuine and comes with a 1-year warranty. Warranty is carry-in: bring the unit to an ESCO office or the dealer you bought from, and after inspection it is repaired or replaced.
