How does the face recognition work, and is it secure?
3D depth sensing recognises your face in about 1 second, day or night, with glasses or a new hairstyle. It cannot be fooled by photos, videos or masks. Stand within 1 m; it reads faces between 1.2 and 2 m high. Face data is processed and kept on the lock, and no photos are saved or sent.
What is palm vein unlocking?
Hold your palm 15 to 25 cm from the sensor and press the handle. Handy when a face covering gets in the way, for family members of different heights, or for anyone with worn fingerprints.
Can I see who is at the door?
Yes. A door viewer camera (150° view) shows visitors on a 4-inch screen inside, and you can answer from your phone with a two-way video call.
How long does the battery last?
The 5,000 mAh rechargeable battery lasts about 4 to 5 months per charge in Bluetooth mode at about 10 openings a day; less with Wi-Fi on. If it runs flat, use a power bank on the Type-C port, or the mechanical key.
DL20FVS Plus or DL50FVS?
Both open with your face and have a door viewer with a 4-inch screen. The DL20FVS Plus adds palm vein unlocking and a classic lever handle. The DL50FVS is a full lock with a C-level cylinder.

Electronic Security Company (ESCO) is the authorized national distributor of EZVIZ in Pakistan, so every unit is genuine and comes with a 1-year warranty. Warranty is carry-in: bring the unit to an ESCO office or the dealer you bought from, and after inspection it is repaired or replaced.
