How does the face recognition work, and is my data safe?
Dual-lens 3D sensing recognises real faces in under 1.5 seconds, not photos or videos, and works from 1.2 to 2 m high for children and adults. Everything is processed on the lock's own chip, and it keeps only face models, never photos.
Can I see who is at the door?
Yes. A door viewer shows visitors on a 4-inch screen inside, and you can answer from your phone with a two-way video call. It alerts you when someone lingers at the door, with IR night vision up to 2 m.
How long does the battery last?
The 5,000 mAh rechargeable battery lasts about 4 months per charge at about 10 face unlocks a day. If it runs flat, use a power bank on the Type-C port, or the mechanical key.
DL50FVS or DL20FVS Plus?
Both open with your face and have a door viewer. The DL20FVS Plus adds palm vein unlocking and a classic lever handle.

Electronic Security Company (ESCO) is the authorized national distributor of EZVIZ in Pakistan, so every unit is genuine and comes with a 1-year warranty. Warranty is carry-in: bring the unit to an ESCO office or the dealer you bought from, and after inspection it is repaired or replaced.
