The U240:1M-EU is a 240W mixer amplifier used for background music and voice announcements in larger commercial spaces such as big restaurants, shopping stores, schools, mosques and churches, banquet and marriage halls, and conference centers. Its built-in mixer lets microphones, music players and a call station connect directly, with no separate mixer needed.
It has two mic/line inputs (XLR) with switchable 48V phantom power, two AUX inputs (RCA, stereo summed to mono) for music sources, and an emergency (EMG) input that accepts line-level or 100V signals. MIC1 also has a 5-pin Euroblock input for a paging call station with contact override.
Yes. The output can be set to 4Ω, 8Ω, 70V, or 100V using the rear DIP switches, delivering the full 240W in every mode. That's enough to run dozens of ceiling or wall speakers on a single 70V/100V line.
The U240:1M-EU is 1RU high and half a 19" rack wide. The supplied brackets allow stand-alone rack mounting, side-by-side mounting with a second amplifier in one rack space, tabletop use, or under-table mounting.
The U240:1M delivers twice the output power (240W vs 120W) in the same compact half-rack chassis. Inputs, controls, cooling and frequency response are identical, so choose based on how many speakers and how large an area you need to cover.

The Dynacord U240:1M-EU is a 240W, single-channel mixer amplifier that combines a 4-input mixer and a Class D power amplifier in one compact, half-rack 1RU unit. It's the most powerful mixer amplifier in the U Series, ideally suited to background music and clear voice announcements in bars and restaurants, retail outlets, education, houses of worship, museums and galleries, transport hubs, and conference centers.
It delivers full power into 4Ω, 8Ω, 70V, or 100V loads with a wide 20 Hz to 20 kHz frequency response, enough to drive a large number of speakers across bigger spaces from a single unit. VOX ducking, a 2-tone chime and a priority emergency input make sure announcements are always heard over the music. It runs on silent convection cooling, with a four-stage temperature-controlled fan that switches on only under heavy load or high heat.

The U240:1M-EU measures just 218 × 44.2 × 217.7 mm (W × H × D) and weighs 1.9 kg. It takes up half the width of a single 19" rack unit, and with rack ears fitted it spans the full 483 mm (19") rack width.
All connections sit on the rear panel: two XLR mic/line inputs, two RCA AUX inputs, a 5-pin Euroblock for a call station, a 2-pin EMG input, an RCA line output, and a 4-pin Euroblock speaker output with separate LoZ and HiZ terminals.
