Does the H8c 2K have Wi-Fi?
No. The H8c 2K connects with a network cable, which is steadier than Wi-Fi for far corners and big houses. With PoE the same cable also powers it, from a PoE switch or injector, so you do not need a power point at the camera. It can also run on a 12 V adapter.
H8c 2K or H8c Pro 2K?
Same 3MP camera. The H8c Pro 2K adds Wi-Fi. Choose the H8c 2K when you can run a cable and want PoE.
Which H8c should I choose?
All H8c models turn 360°, see in colour at night (IR up to 30 m), talk both ways and warn intruders with a siren and strobe. They differ in megapixels and how they connect:

Good Wi-Fi at the spot: a Wi-Fi model. Weak Wi-Fi but a cable run: the H8c 2K on PoE. No internet at all: the H8c 4G.
IR, colour night vision or ColorFULL: what is the difference?
IR night vision uses invisible infrared light. It works in total darkness and reaches the furthest, but the video is black and white.
Colour night vision switches on white spotlights, usually when it detects someone, so the video is in colour and clothes, cars and faces are easier to tell apart. The sudden light also warns intruders off.
ColorFULL (H8x 2K⁺ and H80x Dual) uses a large sensor and a very bright F1.0 lens to record colour from very little light, such as a street lamp, without switching any lights on. In complete darkness it falls back to IR.
What do 2K, 3K and 4K mean in megapixels?
Brands use 2K, 3K and 4K loosely, so compare cameras by megapixels:

More megapixels keep faces and number plates readable when you zoom into a recording. For a room 2MP to 3MP is enough; for a gate, driveway or shop front, 4MP and above is worth it.
How does it record, and do I need a subscription?
Video is saved on a microSD card in the camera (not included). When the card is full, the oldest video is overwritten automatically. ESCO stocks genuine EZVIZ cards in 64 GB and 128 GB.
No subscription is needed: live view, playback, alerts and AI detection all work in the free EZVIZ app. EZVIZ CloudPlay is an optional paid plan that also keeps alert clips online, so they are safe even if the camera or card is stolen.
Who sells EZVIZ in Pakistan, and what warranty and support do I get?
Electronic Security Company (ESCO) is the authorized national distributor of EZVIZ in Pakistan, so every unit is genuine and comes with a 1-year warranty. Warranty is carry-in: bring the unit to an ESCO office or the dealer you bought from, and after inspection it is repaired or replaced.
