C8PF
Dual-Lens Pan & Tilt Wi-Fi Camera
Two-Way Talk
You can also have two-way conversations with your family or visitors wherever you are using the EZVIZ App on your mobile phone.
AI-powered person detection
As an upgrade from simple motion detection, the embedded AI algorithm intelligently detects the motion of human shapes in real-time.
Double your views with picture-in-picture display
EZVIZ designed the C8PF to provide useful picture-in-picture display, in both live viewing and video playback modes. The camera captures a large picture on a small window display, and renders close-up shots on a full screen without blurring the image.
Smart alerts with AI-powered human shape detection
advanced AI technologies, the C8PF reduces false or irrelevant alarms by distinguishing human shapes from pets or objects.
See, hear and talk, from anywhere
360-degree vision, 365-day protection
The C8PF excels in both flexibility and durability. With the pan & tilt design, it delivers 360-degree panoramic field-of-view to avoid blind spots, all through easy click-and-drag app controls. The C8PF is also fully weatherproof for long-standing performance even in stormy weather.

Know before you buy
Quick answers about the C8PF, and how it compares.
How do the two lenses and the 8× zoom work?
A 2.8 mm wide lens watches the whole area while a 12 mm telephoto lens looks further away. The app shows both at once (picture in picture), and the zoom goes up to 8×, so you can read details at the far end of a compound or across a road.
C8PF or H9c Dual 3K?
The H9c Dual 3K is sharper (5MP lenses vs 2MP), sees in colour at night, detects people and vehicles, has a siren and strobe and dual-band Wi-Fi, and costs less. Choose the C8PF when you need its long telephoto lens to see details far away.
How do the EZVIZ dual-lens cameras compare?
| Model | Lenses | Night | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| C8PF | 2MP wide + 2MP telephoto, 8× zoom | IR 30 m | Details far away |
| H9c Dual 3K | 5MP wide + 5MP close-up | Colour, IR 30 m | Sharp detail, 2.4 / 5 GHz Wi-Fi |
| H90 Dual 2K⁺ | 4MP + 4MP, each lens turns | Colour up to 40 m | Two directions from one camera |
| H90 Dual 5MP+5MP | 5MP + 5MP, each lens turns | Colour up to 40 m | The same, sharper |
| H80x Dual | 8MP + low-light lens | ColorFULL | Colour at night without lights |
| HB90 Dual kit | 4MP + 4MP, battery and solar | Colour up to 35 m | No power at the spot |
IR, colour night vision or ColorFULL: what is the difference?
IR night vision uses invisible infrared light. It works in total darkness and reaches the furthest, but the video is black and white.
Colour night vision switches on white spotlights, usually when it detects someone, so the video is in colour and clothes, cars and faces are easier to tell apart. The sudden light also warns intruders off.
ColorFULL (H8x 2K⁺ and H80x Dual) uses a large sensor and a very bright F1.0 lens to record colour from very little light, such as a street lamp, without switching any lights on. In complete darkness it falls back to IR.
What do 2K, 3K and 4K mean in megapixels?
Brands use 2K, 3K and 4K loosely, so compare cameras by megapixels:
| Megapixels | Sold as | Pixels |
|---|---|---|
| 2MP | 1080p, Full HD | 1920 × 1080 |
| 3MP | 2K | 2304 × 1296 |
| 4MP | 2K⁺, QHD | 2560 × 1440 |
| 5MP | 3K | 2880 × 1620 |
| 8MP | 4K, UHD | 3840 × 2160 |
More megapixels keep faces and number plates readable when you zoom into a recording. For a room 2MP to 3MP is enough; for a gate, driveway or shop front, 4MP and above is worth it.
How does it record, and do I need a subscription?
Video is saved on a microSD card in the camera (not included). When the card is full, the oldest video is overwritten automatically. ESCO stocks genuine EZVIZ cards in 64 GB and 128 GB.
No subscription is needed: live view, playback, alerts and AI detection all work in the free EZVIZ app. EZVIZ CloudPlay is an optional paid plan that also keeps alert clips online, so they are safe even if the camera or card is stolen.
What does it need to connect, and does it keep recording if the internet goes down?
It connects to your home Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz on most models), and many models also have an Ethernet port for a network cable where Wi-Fi is weak. Check the Wi-Fi signal on your phone at the mounting spot first; a Wi-Fi extender or a cable fixes a weak spot.
If the internet goes down, the camera keeps recording to its microSD card. You only lose live view and alerts on your phone until the connection is back.
