Bosch DICENTIS DCNM-MICSLL Screw Lock Long Stem Microphone
The DICENTIS DCNM-MICSLL is a stylish, ergonomically designed conference microphone on a 480 mm adjustable long stem. Its uni-directional response focuses on the speaker’s voice for optimum performance, even in noisy conditions or acoustically challenging rooms such as parliaments, council chambers and large boardrooms.
A built-in pop and windshield reduces breath noise and plosives, and low susceptibility to mobile phone interference keeps meetings free of buzzing and clicks. A red and green illuminator shows when the microphone is live or a request to speak has been accepted. The robust screw-lock connection keeps it firmly fixed to the DCNM-FMCP flush microphone connection panel.

Where is the DCNM-MICSLL used?

It plugs into a DCNM-FMCP panel set into the desk. The 480 mm stem reaches participants who sit further back or stand to speak.

In each pair only the stem differs, the sound is the same. The short stem suits participants seated close to the desk and keeps sightlines clear. The long stem reaches people who sit further back or stand to speak.
DCNM-MICSLL or DCNM-MICL?
They fit different equipment, so one cannot replace the other. The DCNM-MICL has a click-lock plug for tabletop DICENTIS units (DCNM-D, DE, DVT, DSL) and the IDESK interpreter desks. The DCNM-MICSLL has a screw-lock plug for flush seats, through the DCNM-FMCP panel. Choose by the equipment you are installing.
Will it work in a noisy or echoey room?
Yes. Bosch designed the DICENTIS stem microphones for acoustically challenging rooms: the directional pickup focuses on the speaker, the built-in plop and windshield cuts breath noise, and they have low susceptibility to mobile phones, so no buzzing when a phone is on the desk.

What else do I need for a flush-mounted seat?
A DICENTIS Flush seat is built around the DCNM-FBD2 flush base device, fitted under the table or seat, in an armrest, on a wall or in a cable duct. Pick the panels the seat needs and cable them to the FBD2:
- Microphone: DCNM-FMCP connection panel with a DCNM-MICSLS (310 mm) or DCNM-MICSLL (480 mm) screw-lock microphone, plus a DCNM-FMICB microphone button or DCNM-FPRIOB priority button. The button panel also powers the FMCP.
- Loudspeaker: DCNM-FLSP.
- Language selection: DCNM-FSLP and headphones.
- Voting: DCNM-FVP.
- Identification: DCNM-FIDP with the DCNM-FICH card holder (ask us).
- No space on the table: DCNM-FHHC handheld microphone through a DCNM-FAI flush audio interface (ask us).
In dual use, one FBD2 serves up to four participants, two sharing each microphone and loudspeaker. For mounting, add DCN-FCOUP couplings, DCNM-FEC end caps and DCNM-FPT positioning tools. The FBD2 joins the system with DICENTIS system cables, powered from the DCNM-APS2 or DCNM-PS2.
Why choose a screw-lock microphone?
A knurled ring screws the microphone onto its panel by hand, with no tools. Once tightened it cannot be pulled out or knocked loose, which suits permanent installations such as council chambers, parliaments and public meeting rooms. To remove it, unscrew the ring and lift the microphone straight out.
What do the red and green lights mean?
The light on the microphone head shows your status: red means the microphone is on and you are live; green means your request to speak has been accepted and you are next.
Who supplies Bosch DICENTIS in Pakistan, and what warranty do I get?
